Antonio "Tony" Leal served as a Texas Ranger from 1994-2011, including several years as the Senior Captain. 0:26.5	the retired Chief of the Texas Rangers Antonio Tony Leal. I've known Tony for a
0:32.4	long time. He was the youngest. When he was in
0:36.9	charge of the Texas Rangers, he was, the title was Senior Captain. It's now called Chief.
0:41.1	He was the youngest Chief in the history of the Rangers. He was also
0:45.5	the first Hispanic Chief of the Texas Rangers. Tony's had a remarkable law enforcement career
0:52.3	and he was kind enough to spend some time with me on a
0:55.1	recent morning. I've divided the interview into two parts and I think you're going to
1:00.2	learn a lot. We'll talk about his career. We'll talk about the structure of the Rangers and you'll
