Summary

Start Your Transformation Now I’m taking a different format for this episode, just to mix it up a bit. Instead of a one-theme episode like I usually do I share five random thoughts and premises that I live by and ones that have changed my life. Here are the five random thoughts I expand on in this episode: [5:57] I am who I have learned to be [13:03] There is nothing in my life without my agreement [22:40] Everything always has been, is now, and will be fine [23:19] What I give myself to owns me [30:27] My life is my teacher In this episode I share how each of these life philosophies shape my life and how I live by them and how they impact my well being. I share them as food for thought and give them to you as easy “takeaways.” And, when you master them and KNOW them, they will be guiding rudders that will change your life and give you peace of mind. Transformational Takeaway: I am who I learned to be, number one. Number two, there is nothing in my life without my agreement. Number three is what I give myself to owns me. Number four, let me reverse the order here without just thinking about these allowed is everything always has been is now and will always be fine. And then the final one obviously is my life is my teacher.
