We've talked to Phil before, and he's joining us to talk about an issue that came up,

I don't know, a year or so ago.

I had Tom DiLorenzo on to talk about it.

A woman named Nancy McLean, a historian, wrote a book on James Buchanan, who is an economist who is associated with

the Public Choice School of Economics. And she's arguing in the book Democracy in Chains,

the deep history of the radical rights stealth plan for America, that Buchanan, more or less spearheaded or was the heart and soul

of a radical plan to insinuate the so-called right wing into the sinews of American society.

And in particular, she argues that Buchanan was a supporter of segregation and that segregation is really more or less

secretly at the heart of what the right wing is up to.

I mean, it's just, it's as crazy as you would think it would be.
