Now Elizabeth before we jump in, we was so fun to hear from people about the Haiku.

One of our try this at home recently was to write a Haiku as sort of an exercise and

creativity and mindfulness.

And we've heard from so many people who are really enjoying the whole Haiku writing process.

Yes, you know what I've done Gretchen, I've taken to when I'm doing informed fitness or

we're lifting heavy weights and it's so unpleasant.

I write Haiku's then to take my mind off of what I'm doing.

That is a brilliant idea.

I'm going to do that.

I'm going tomorrow.
