But you've got to work out your body too. Our founding fathers knew this.

They, Jefferson wrote about this all the time. The ancient Greeks knew this. The wisest people in history knew you need to have a strong body.

Even our Lord himself was a carpenter, a strong guy. Because you can't just work out your mind. You've got to work out your body.
