1:26.7 | nervous system and thoughts, the more she wished she knew this when she was younger, as it could have saved her a lot of suffering. |
1:33.5 | This led her to be trained to teach mindfulness to kids, and last year she started more mindfulness, where she works with elementary through high school kids to help them relieve and manage their stress and increase |
