Of course, the Inspector General of the Department of Education is probably caught in, you know, the year 1927 when it comes to higher education and what's possible and what ought to be done.

There's one aspect of, before we get into much further, in the old days, and I mean old days, the creation of the university system in Western civilization, maybe the early 13th century, if not earlier,

there wasn't so much of a sense that in order to satisfy the requirements to get the degree,
