I like the way that Francis breaks apart complicated issues, especially in this day and age where seemingly everything is controversial.

She was even reflective enough in this conversation to take apart something that I observed that I thought was controversial.

She broke it apart, acknowledged it, and essentially put her own bias on the plate.

I think starting with this famous Facebook motto, maybe we won't get away from this the whole conversation, but back in the day, and you can correct me if my memory is wrong,

I think in their IPO perspectives around the office, the expression was at Facebook, move fast

and break things. I never really thought much of that. There's a startup guy back in the day and still with a

startup mindset. I felt like that's the way things are. Now, if a company gets to have Buku

bucks in the bank, you can do anything. You can clean up whatever mess took place to get from

the baby stages to the big boy stages, so to speak. But why don't you
