I wanted to share with you guys the newest thing seems to be admitting that we have demons and letting go.

I loved the show Beef.

I watched it on Netflix recently.

Here we go.

Stephen You, you're a kind of man.

Love him.

And of course, Ali Wong and the whole cast.

It was fabulous seeing an all Asian cast that wasn't about the age.

It was, but it wasn't. It was like a normal drama that just

happened to be an all Asian cast. But what we learned in this is that everybody has demons.

Each character is a minor reflection of who we all are and that we can relate to each of them

in different ways. It was so well written. I believe

the writer was named Sunny. Incredible job. Loved it. Don't want to ruin it for you guys,

but I thought it was really interesting because we're talking about letting go of things

that hold you back from your success. What triggered this recently was I did start to notice

a pattern in my career where I was holding on to old work colleagues that were not advancing

me into the right career path. And although I came from old media and TV and publishing, I've had to learn how to switch over to new media.

And it's difficult.

This podcast is a really new venture for most of us.
