yeah you're now a new person. So how you guys feeling? Yeah it's been a while huh? Yeah yeah

new year new me's? Yeah new year slightly improved slightly improved to me. Let's go with that right?

Let's be realistic. Mike's resolution was to be tired all year to look like he just

woke up because he did. Yeah. We're recording in the morning. Normally we record in the evening so if we sound

different or act different that's that's our excuse. Yeah I've been up for 45 minutes. I look like I've been up for one and a half minutes, but

it was a slow roll out of bed yeah exactly but but yeah it's been a while since we talked last so whether the listener loves the what we've

been up to or not I feel like today is going to be a heavy
