Walmart reached a preliminary agreement this week

to pay $65 million.

And I say this week, it was, you know,

this was the end of last week because it's Monday, so they just didn't do it today.

But they reached a preliminary agreement to pay $65 million to settle a clash action lawsuit to roughly 100,000 California-based

cashiers who accused the retail giant of failing to provide seating during their shifts.

What job did these people have?

Cashier, originally filed in 2009. The suit alleged that Walmart violated state law by failing to provide seats.
