shadow work. Shadow work, if you don't know, is basically

accessing your shadow, your unconscious, your subconscious, the deeper, darker side of your

humanity, and everybody's humanity contains godliness and beastliness. And sometimes if you're

not aware of your shadow, the most dangerous thing in the world is if you're not aware of your shadow, your dark side, the evils of which you are capable, of which every human is capable.

The more blind you are to your shadow, the blacker it gets.

Now the more that you shine a light on it, the more you can sort of enlist it to support you,

make a friend of it, befriend the dark side, and it can actually be complicit in good, it can help you, and it can give you a boost, and it's just about, like, you know if you have a dog, if you have like one of those dogs that get a bad rap like a pit bull or a Rottweiler? Now, they're actually sweethearts. If you train it and train it correctly. They're only dangerous in the hands of the wrong people and the wrong people are the unconscious people,

the people who are ignorant of the dark side.

Now, if you want to know whether you can see your shadow or not, answer this question.

What would you have done in Nazi Germany? Would you have been on the side of those informing on your

neighbours or would you have been sheltering the Jews, for example? Now, a lot of people will say,

oh, I'd be part of the rebel underground and I'd be saving people and I'd be harboring people like

Anne Frank, I'd be fighting back against the Nazis and I'd be saying, no, this is wrong, this is evil. But you suffer from generational blindness,

you suffer from, you know, historical hindsight being 2020, you suffer from also thinking that
