I have struggled with disordered eating, anxiety, negative thinking, body image, loneliness.

That really doesn't sound good when I list it all out, but yeah, I've had a lot of problems.

Who hasn't?

Everybody has problems.

It's just that we don't really like to talk about it out loud because it makes us vulnerable.

But my belief is that talking about the things that have hurt us are insecurities is how we grow.

So this podcast is about being real.
