Well, well, well, what a week it's going to be.

State of the Union coming tomorrow.

And we've got a couple of big announcements coming this week

regarding this program. Some things are going to be changing. We've got some really exciting things.

I think you're going to enjoy. And sort of this, an evolution of this program, if you will.

We'll be talking about it this week. So don't go anywhere. But it's a big week for this show and for the country, I think. We're going to start, though, by doing the SCOTUS tariff decision. There's a lot going on, and it's funny because I, I bored you for months with trade talk. I was talking, you know, what you'd nearly need to pay attention to is those

Aipa tariffs. How many times have I talked about that? A million. I did, I talked about it. I prepared

the radio audience for six months leading up to that decision about how that would go and how that

would all work out. And then what happens? I'm no longer on the radio show. And it's a Friday,

so I'm not even doing a show here.

That is a dark, dark force working against me.

But I did want to talk to you about it, and where we're going from here, what does this all mean?

Let's start, though, with justices strike down Trump's tariffs.

This is the AEPA.

It's the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977. It's been in place for about 50 years, and the justices did strike that down. The

case was the learning resources, the Trump ruling. We've talked about it many, many times

over the year or so when we knew this was coming.

It was a very, very important case for a bunch of different reasons.
