"No one could ever understand what I'm going through!"

I've been trying to identify the difference between loneliness and depression. In the state of loneliness it's easy to confuse distress and isolation as depression. As heavy as these topics feel and sound, this conversation flows very light heartedly and genuinely. I am meeting this person for the very first time! That goes to show how human we all are at the core.

Join me as I talk to a master in clinical psychology about the differences between the state of loneliness, versus clinical depression. We talk about Isa & Molly's relationship and how it clearly shows signs of loneliness, our overwhelmingly constraining cultural upbringing, self- sabotashing characteristics, etc. I promise, the conversation is less daunting as these topics seem. You may even leave feeling… relieved and less isolated.
