So we're here with Mickey Singer, Michael Singer, author of the Untethered Soul, best selling

book Untethered Soul and his new book, The Surrender Experiment, just came out.

Mickey if you don't mind, I'm going to describe in like two lines, three lines what your book

is and then you could add to that.

Basically you decided 40 years ago you were going to do this life experiment of surrendering

to whatever more or less the universe put in front of you.

And then these one after the other, these incredible things happening, including ultimately

running or being involved in running a multi-billion dollar company and all the highs and

lows that comes with that.

And the story is just incredible.

Kind of the Untethered Soul was more, I would say, the philosophy, the surrender experiments

what actually happened to you.

I'm here with Claudia as well.

And would you say that's a fair assessment of the book or books?
