You know, first of all, welcome to the show bit, but you're up early at 6.30 a.m. And where are you coming from?

So, yeah, talking about cycling in East Africa.

And I have been living in Kenya for the past nine years.

But at the moment, I'm actually living in the

desert in Australia. Came home due to the coronavirus because a lot of the things I was trying

to get going in Africa weren't really possible. You can't have mass gatherings and then tourism

had stopped as well. And then big thing that I'm still working on in Australia is a migration gravel race that we're putting on just outside the Masai Mara game reserve.
