Bond Trigger. Well I told my wife is James Bond Trezerre. I had the largest white rhinoceros

farm in southern Kenya on her pickup line but no this Bond Trigger he did. So Jim is a buddy of mine

from Indiana. He lives up there close to Chicago so we might get into some Chicago stories but

you're in Indiana. Yes sir and what's the town you're from? Middlebury is a little put on town about

40 miles east of South Bend area. Three miles south of Michigan border. So so Elkhart is close to your

yeah yeah Elkhart yeah that's the agency I serve with but okay so the way we met well first of all

welcome thank you sir it's good we're it's awesome to have you here we've been forging

Tomahawks for the last couple days and right now they're in the oven getting tempered so we

thought we'd sit down and talk smack a little bit there so Jim called me up out of the blue

a few years ago and said hey we got this thing we're doing up here and we'd like to see if you're

interested in coming to speak and then he started asking me some really hard questions that I

had to answer and I got kind of nervous I thought uh oh I hope I can pass this this test here

so somehow I squeak through and was able to go up and and and speak at at your conference and it

was it was amazing it was really good can you tell us a little bit about your conference you hold

up there sure each year we have a two-day event we have a Friday conference called the

Breaching Barricade Conference just encourage law enforcement officers across the country it's a

hard time in history and we love to just bring cops in there of them in their spouses and help

them to have a variety of classes address leadership that address resiliency you know shows and

in the biggest context what faith looks like under fire you know what does it look like to the
