0:58.0	the federal government would have to reduce 85% of all other spending, military, education,
1:05.5	energy, servicing the debt, all of it, in order to deal with the deficit, which is to
1:11.7	say it becomes impossible.
1:14.8	Republicans used to pull their hair out over this issue of entitlement reform some 20 years
1:19.6	ago, back when the debt to GDP ratio was less than 60%.
1:25.3	We came pretty close to actually reforming entitlements a dozen or so years ago when
1:29.9	debt to GDP was about 90%.
1:33.8	But now we've got a debt that is 123% of GDP.
1:38.8	In other words, we are just not going to pay it back or ever meaningfully pay it down.
1:45.8	Especially since we accumulated all that debt back when interest rates were around zero
