back on the podcast today. And usually he's on for what we call What Do You Want to Know Wits Day?

But this time, he actually has a brand new book that he's written called Talking with God When I'm Afraid, 30 Biblical Anchors for Anxious Young Hearts.

The interesting thing, though, is especially considering our topic from last

week about Charlie Herk's assassination and just kind of the unsettled state of the world, which

there's something unsettled in every corner of the world all the time, every day. But in light of

how many people are really struggling with anxiety and where to go from here

and feeling as if things are increasingly getting worse, I love that Rick's admonishments

and exhortations and encouragements that you're going to hear through talking about this

book and obviously through scriptural encouragement as we discuss

everything in this podcast are really applicable to everyone.

It's not just for kids that struggle with anxiety.

It's adults.

And it is so crucial to understand who we are, whose we are, and who God is in the midst of struggle and turmoil

in the world at large and then in our own lives. So I pray and trust that you will be edified by
