So I guess it was, I don't know, four episodes ago

I did a podcast talking about a big fear that I have personally in regards to fishing

And really just the future of fishing

And I talked a lot about the fact that kids are not outside like they used to be

Like I grew up doing going out there and skinning up my knees, going out in my bike

Without a helmet on and leaving the neighborhood

I mean doing stuff that today's parents would think is crazy to hear an eight or nine year old doing

And a lot of that also involved digging for worms

And letting my brother and I get on our little bikes and go down to the lake

Where we knew an old lady who was lived by herself

And she loved to see us down there on the dock fishing

And now of course these days

First of all the parents probably wouldn't let them go there on their bike

...
