truly well myself? These are all questions that you and I can ask ourselves. Who are we to give advice to others when the easiest

way and path of wellness as we know is to go inward and do the self-work on your heart and on your

mind? These are easy practices that you can just shake off and stop paying attention to all

the noise around you and start really getting used to what our ancestors once practiced.

I think that we've hit the threshold of psychotic wellness bullshit toxicity and really poor behavior.

People praying on vulnerable people for profit and also trying to gain a young,

cool audience with an edge just so they can get ahead of the game.
