Hey, friends, yes, I am somewhere on Kilimanjaro right now, and I am recording this before I leave.

My wife said to me just now, you don't want everyone to know when you're traveling. I mean,

exactly when you're traveling. And I said, well, I'm not super worried. I mean, we have two

strapping, strong young men living at home right now.

And our closest next door neighbor is the chief of police.

Not to mention that I know that the people in the Adventure Sports podcast family are good folks.

I really believe that. And you can't live your life in fear. I wanted you to know

what was going on. And so today, I have another episode from Carl and Derek from the Backpacking

and Blisters podcast. This time, this is a past episode that they previously ran on their show.

So this episode is a flashback episode from a completely different podcast.

It's never been played on the Adventure Sports Podcast before.

I don't have tons to share today.

I will share when I get back.

But today is the 21st.

And if I have my math right, that means I either just summited Kilimanjaro yesterday,

or perhaps we turned around because things didn't go as planned.

Either way, I'm on the way back down the mountain, and I'm looking forward to catching up with you here in a couple of days when I return back to good old Colorado.

But now it's time to get jazzed. It's time to get excited. It's time to make some noise for the backpacking and blisters.
