Griselda Blanco, aka La Madrina aka Black Widow aka Cocaine Godmother, was a Colombian drug lord of the Medellin Cartel and trafficked drugs into Miami, New York, and southern California during the 70’s & 80’s and it is said that she is responsible for up to 200 deaths.
