My name is Aaron and I am excited to be here with you because we're going to go deep on

an idea that I'm actually very passionate about and it's actually the main, so back in the

beginning of 2019, I did an event with Lyora Alexandra and Victor Odo and we were coming

up with an idea for it. What do we want the name of this event to be? Immediately in my mind,

it's funny how everything's coming full circle because I'm realizing that the thing I actually

really want to teach just in the world in general is for a long time I thought it was

specifically like changing your beliefs and that is a very important part of the work I do

and stuff like that. But I'm realizing that what I really enjoy is helping people raise

their vibration and more specifically is I kind of coined a term. I'm sure other people

have used it as well. I'm not saying that I'm the only one. But vibrational set point, I share

with people a lot that back in 2012, at a majority of the time, my vibrational set point on a

scale of 1 to 10 was at about a 3 out of 10. I did not feel that great. I was feeling frustrated

where I was. I was working a 9 to 5 job I didn't care about. I didn't enjoy being there. I

felt like I had to be there. I felt a lot of resistance and negative emotion from my past

because I felt unworthy. Going through, you know, many of you may know my story, it was 7, 15

years old. I had a controlling ex-step mom in my life. I didn't have much freedom at all. And I was

led to believe that I just wasn't worthy and I kept attracting people that kind of reflected that

back to me, either relationships or the manager I had that was at Nordstrom's when I worked there

in women's shoes. And I was just at a place where I was feeling a lot of resistance. I also at

ADHD after the divorce of my dad and my ex-step mom. I had more freedom. I was able to come out of

my shell and part of me coming out of my shell was, you know, I started to have a lot of energy
