Today I'm joined by Castamiko.

Not only is Castamiko a good friend.

She is also one of the most stylish women online.

I followed her for a long time because of that.

But she is also founder of one of my favourite ever jewelry brands, Aurium, a brand that is

absolutely loved by style icons like Ashley Green and Emily Ratachowski.

Kasp began her career as a fashion buyer for one of America's oldest department stores.

She talks in this episode about how she really, really pushed within that job to learn as

much as possible, but also to progress as

far as possible. While she was there, she started spending her free time posting her outfits online.

And fast forward over a decade later, she's very much renowned on one of my personal faves
