the country continues unabated. We have not seen hospitals overrun generally in the United States yet.

We are starting to see, obviously, capacity being strained, particularly in rural areas that don't have a lot of open ICU beds. In big urban areas, we're not starting to see that quite yet. One of the big problems right now is we don't have a lot of flex capacity. What we mean by that is you can't shift resources from rural areas to urban areas, the way that we did early on in the pandemic because the wave is hitting pretty much everywhere at once.
