And we have something special. We're starting our new segments. It's like a whole new format

for the podcast and for my lovers that loved because we got high, we kind of took

one of the ideas where we picked two topics from the alphabet. So we're starting with A

and then we're just going to go through the alphabet. That will be one segment. So

that'll be the first segment after we like to do a little intro. And today we're going to be

talking about my word was apocalypse. And we got to pick our own words. Yes.

Apocalypse is good. This is my first time hearing that you did that. Apocalypse is good. I did audition.

Audition. Okay. I like that. So we're going to be talking about apocalypse and auditions a little bit.

We're going to go crazy and deep dive into those. And then we have some funny little segments.

We have a Mally's notes that we've been doing. We have intruder and truder, which is my

intrusive thoughts. And then we have a fun story game. Yes. So we'll just explain it as we go.

And then you guys will get the gist of it. And I'm excited. Each week. So each week,

the word, because we got high-ish segment, is going to be always there. And then the rest of them

are going to switch out. Correct. Story story. No, we're going to have an interchangeable,

funny little one. Yes. Yes. So yeah, we're going to figure it out as we go. We're going to

try and error see what we like. See what we don't like. But today is the day that we begin.

This way we don't repeat ourselves. Yeah. And then we just stop talking about going to rehab.

We've been in a fucking broken record. It's over with. Let's get creative now.
