Hi, everybody. Tom Woods here. I'm out of town. I'm heading back today. I've been in New York City

yet again, third time this year. I just love being here. Good friends, lots to do. Yes, I know about

the politics, but if that's going to keep you from

being happy, then the terrorists have won. And I spent yesterday the whole day with malice

doing fun things in New York. It was just a blast. Anyway, today, I may sound like I just

woke up because I kind of did, but I wanted to get something out to you, folks, while I'm flying back.

And what I've got here is a talk I gave 10 years ago when I was but a pup, and I was talking about themes in the book I wrote with Kevin Goodsman called Who Killed the Constitution.

And the least for the paperback edition, the subtitle is The Fate of American

Liberty from World War I to Barack Obama.

And I think you'll like it because, I don't know, it's got my old spunky style to it.

I recall some humor in it.

I'm sure you'll walk away having learned something from it.

And even if you're not interested in the Constitution, even if you're one of these Lysander Spooner libertarians, which basically beneath the surface, I am, where you say, who cares about the Constitution?

I never consented to it, and this is all just a waste of breath.
