What's your first impression?

You know, we'll see when minicamp starts and we'll try and all that kind of stuff will play out with all these guys.

But I actually just, if I'm a fan, I'm liking that they went defense.

You know, again, as good as Quentin Elsa might have been, you needed to do something to help Vic Fangio, make that unit elite, and it really wasn't.

You know, they had some other defensive guys, Chubb and Ward also graded really high.

They went before they could get to him.

Right.

But this is a guy, I doubt he'll give him the starting job from the outside of camp. He once did that with Brian Erlacker and blew up.

So he's, you know, he'll earn a job, whether it's Nick Kutkowski's or it's Daniel Trevathen.

This is potentially, this might be one of those guys you hope that lifts everybody.

Yeah.

He becomes the field general.

To me, he's a clone of Trevathen.

They're almost the same size.

They're the same, you know, what you read and you see about him is kind of that fiery guy.

I think this is a good fit for the defense.
