new years and really set yourself up for a big 2022 and this is not separating yourself

model. This is not comparing yourself to somebody else. This is about separating yourself from your

past, maybe from decisions that through this holiday season, maybe you didn't take serious before.

And it's separating from the habits and things that you've done in the past during this time.

I know for me, and I mentioned in the last one, this period from Thanksgiving,

and maybe the day before Thanksgiving in New York Day, my first year out of the NFL,

I just felt bloated, I felt fat, I felt disgusting because it was the first time I liked that

I wasn't working during this time, that I wasn't in a football routine where everything was

structured. And now I know, now I understand that every day of the week there's an excuse to eat

bad, to drink, to go to some type of party to truly break your routine that set you up for success.

Number one, without your health, you truly have nothing. Health equals wealth.
