We've been out of our offices in New York and DC for just about a month now, right? I guess March 11th was the...

Yeah, yeah, right. Our colleague John Light went into the office this week because he had an appointment in the city and

snapped a picture of it all dark and kind of empty and it was a little bit a little sad but kind of nice to see it actually at least in photos.

Yeah it was weird.

It's been a while.

No, it's it's uh, it's always been a kind of a funny thing because as an organization since we're based in New York

and DC we spend a lot of money on having physical offices like a lot of money right

and the and we don't have and just for our for our

listeners and our subscribers you know we don't have like kind of like you know kind of

of fancy white shoe law firm offices they're fine you know they kind of they do their job, but it's just you know real estate's really expensive in in in these cities

And just for a lot of reasons I've always been very

I think there are all sorts of pluses to having physical offices and bringing people together in one place but it is it's you know it's it's a at least for the moment it's a different

reality that we're in
