Summary

In 1998, Brian Bethel put forth unto the internet a story of the utmost strange. A visit to his vehicle in a parking lot late one night that included strange, awkward children that possessed all black eyes, demanding entrance to his car. This set off an internet firestorm of stories from all over the world, regarding encounters of similar sorts. Pale children, visiting people, and demanding entrance to their homes and cars, creating an impending sense of fear or doom, and disturbing the victims.
