I first became aware of Joe when I started following my Instagram and he just used to do these funny little videos and I loved him.

And I just thought he's funny and he was nice and he's just from there.

I've just watched his career. It's been exponential. Oh, it's funny and he was nice and uh and he's just from there he's just watched his career it's been

exponential oh it's unbelievable he's got a little empire running now he's got everything he sells

well he protein he goes on he's done seven books now sold over the three million books he's three

million copies he were saying yeah it's unbelievable so he's he's he's doing really well and he also, what's so lovely, he's just still a lovely bloke. From what I saw today, I've never met him before. You have. From what I saw today, he's very, and when he said, it was actually surprising when he said three million books because he doesn't talk about that sort of element of it, does he really? He's? He's just enjoying it as the main thing.

He's a lovely guy and he's enjoying it and he's very successful.

And he speaks really wisely about health and exercise.
