As always, my name is Max McGuire.

And this is Joe Otto and we're going to talk today we talked a little bit yesterday about masks and whether being forced to wear one is a violation of your constitutional rights whether they are as protective as the experts say that they are.

We talked a little bit about that, how Facebook and the fact checkers are going after everyone

if they dare have any contrary opinions. I want to talk today generally

about how this pandemic and the tyrannical response to it is violating people's rights.

We had some episodes in the past, Joe, about this a couple weeks ago,

I actually at this point, I think was a couple months ago,

talking about how they were forcing gun stores to close in California, forcing people to cancel protests that they

planned, cancelling in-person voting, go down the less. They close courthouses.

This second wave, this spike,

is basically making it all happen again,

except instead of it being just Democrat politicians being the ones infringing on our rights.
