And this is Dennis.

And this week we're going to be talking about just a decline in marriage and even

fertility rates. Yeah. So I'll just start with some stats. Yeah. The U.S. marriage rate has

dropped significantly over the past 50 years. And the decline is nearly like a 60%

decline yeah in marriages with the average first-time groom being 30 years old

and for the bride being 28 years old so it's definitely a lot older too now

but what has increased is living together without being married.

And so, yeah, those are some of the stats that we have. And we're going to go ahead and just

talk about these things. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it definitely seems like all around the world,

especially in richer nations, right, that the marriage rate is decreasing, the birth rate is decreasing.

And most people seem kind of unconcerned about it, I would say.

Sure.

Why do you think people are so unconcerned? Let's start with that.

Well, I think that people are unconcerned about, yeah, the marriage rates dropping because

it's kind of logical for them.

Like, especially if you ask a lot of people, they'll be like, well, why would I want,

if I can barely survive financially myself, and why would I want to take care of another,
