Well, we are wrapping this up. We have been talking about what it means to stay informed without losing your mind or your soul. We talked about the what, what it means to stay informed and what is news, really. We've talked about the why, the best reasons for staying informed. And now we are going to unpack the how, which is maybe what a lot of listeners are wanting us to get to.

How to stay informed in a healthy way. So what are your first thoughts? I have a lot. First of all, don't you feel so much calmer? Don't you feel like we're not going to lose our mind anymore? Right. I do too. This is like this is a good, healthy thing to do. It is. So I think when I have I think maybe five points here with the how.
