Welcome back to the curious podcast my name is Josh peck and I'm your host and your name is listener

And that's what you do you listen on today's show Gabby Reese um, I'm so impressed with Gabby. She is uh

former professional volleyball player. She is a sports announcer. She was a fashion model no big deal and more importantly today she is a

authority when it comes to health and wellness. She's a podcaster go check out her podcast and

uh, but most importantly she's just an incredibly impressive smart person who is so generous

much like her husband layered Hamilton famed big wave surfer whom you know amongst other

incredible achievements has been on the curious podcast. I don't mean to brag but we get them all

we get them all here eventually become listen this is a middling podcast at best do I wish it was bigger

you better believe it listener but the reality is I don't give up quickly and you guys who listen

you are a strong and scrappy bunch and I think we're going to take this thing to the next level and over time

I'm going to get them all I might be here with Barack Obama in 30 years you know because eventually

after he's done everything under the sun every really impressive illustrious thing that a man of

his stature should do he might just feel like some in it one day in his mid 80s and be like Josh

but it's a nice goal for me uh to you know I love I like to just I like to um just deceive myself

regularly so that's that's my that's that's sort of my my fun um but yes Gabby is on the show she

is um she's just one of those rare breeds of people her and layered of course who they really

walked the walk and uh recently when we were recording the podcast she invited me over to their

beautiful southern California home and they have quite the set up there I'm talking a sauna a massive

pool you would think you were at the YMCA but rich you would think you would be like listen this is a

this ain't no this isn't a bean shaped size pool the whatever you have in your backyard not
