And Moon, this is the first week that Matt and Aggie has got to run some practices as the head coach of the Bears.

Voluntary mini-camp is going on right now as

we pod. And you wrote a good article on Wednesday morning, just talking about the excitement level

around Nagy, but sort of like why it's different, why it matters. Comparing it to the Mark Trussman era where you kind of, you know,

Trussman walked in and kind of immediately pissed off the veterans on the team, whereas Nagy has come in

here and has seemingly made a really strong first impression, you know, especially on some of the

guys on defense. You know, we heard Akeem Hicks talking on Tuesday about the attention

to detail and how Nagy's like almost OCD with, you know, his use of Q cards to get his point across

just to make sure he gets every little detail right. But I mean, overall, we're still in mid-April.

So what can the positive talk about a coach right now?

What can sort of just the good vibes?

What can that mean for a team at this stage in the game?

Well, it's one of those things where it doesn't necessarily win you anything,

but if you don't have it, you're in trouble.

You know, that's sort of, there's almost a natural, not almost, but there's a very natural, what do you want to call it a honeymoon period or whatever, whenever a new

coach comes in, because obviously anywhere, the whole reason that new coach is there is

because things were in the toilet.

So whatever you get, and even, you know, there was

tremendous about optimism, for example, when Trestman came, but he so alienated, people,

with the way he talked about the veterans, there was no, not preferential treatment, but he just
