Folks, this is Tom Woods with a brief note before we begin this week's episode of Contra Krugman.

Partway through the episode, I got an error on my computer saying, inexplicably, all of a sudden that a USB device that I had plugged into the computer had malfunctioned and was no longer recognized by the computer.

Now, I had touched nothing, nothing had changed. And of course,

what do you think that USB device was? It was my microphone, of course. So from that moment on,

my audio suddenly goes way, way down to the point of sounding ridiculous. So that's where we are.

I didn't know that until we were all done.

Thankfully, I have a backup mic so I can keep recording in the meantime.

But that's what's going on here.

So just want you to know, we're not crazy, and I was not kidnapped and put inside a glass booth.

It was just a microphone malfunction.

Hello everybody. Tom Woods here with Bob Murphy and another episode of Contra Krugman

where we are going to the blog because Bob tells me the columns were no good and I just, rather than

look, I just took his word for it. So we are dealing with a post called Leprocon economics and

neo-laferism. Now, that's, first of all, that's a terrible title. That's worthy of me.

That's so bad. Who would read a column that's worthy of me that's so bad who would

read a column a blog post like that well of course we would in order to martyr ourselves

for the cause of teaching you good folks economics so bob i'm going to dive right into this

unless you have anything you want to preface it with i thought thought it was kind of a catchy title. Caught my eye.
