Francesca, also known as Hey Fran Hey from the Friends Zone podcast. I'm so grateful that she took the time

to record with me and drop some serious gems.

It was a really fun conversation.

But before we get started with the show and with Fran, I wanted to update you guys on the

Mixed Minds Book Club.

This month we're reading or listening to Lost and Found by Sarah Jake's Roberts.

And it's her story about finding hope in the detours of life.

And I can relate

to this book so much. So basically Sarah speaks about how her dreams changed dramatically when

she became pregnant at the age of 13. And I'm not sure if you knew this or not. I didn't know when

I first read the book or when I first, you know, heard about her.

So it was a reality only compounded by the fact that her father is Bishop T.D. Jakes.

He's one of the most influential mega church pastors in the nation.

So she became a teen mom with a high, and she's a high profile preacher's kid.

Her road was very, very lonely.

She was shunned by the school, gossiped about a church. Can you relate to that? That happened to me, and I have had my issues with church growing up because of it.

Then a few years later, she had a fairy tale marriage that ended very bad with a lot of hurt and rejection.

And she could have allowed this pain you know to bring her down

but she didn't so this is her story lost and found is actually an amazing book so if you want to join
