True to their word,

they promised will do this if you ratify.

And to me that speaks well of the honor in that day

and the fact that people supported ratification

based on that promise and that they then follow through with that

promise and put the Bill of Rights into the Constitution and even the 10th

amendment that we always talk about you know hey that leaves everything else to the

states and the people even at the time they ratified that, a lot of them said,

this is so repetitive.

Like, we don't need to do this.

The Constitution is already clear.

Well, thankfully they did, right?

Because how many times do we have to stand on the First Amendment or the Second Amendment or the Due Process Amendment?
