0:14.8	Hey everyone. Welcome back to another episode of the East Meets West Hunt podcast presented by Onex.

0:39.7	Range. So the topographical layer allows me to examine the lay of the land and really helps
0:45.2	me identify the promising tracks before I ever set foot on the ground. So areas with steep,
0:51.7	well-defined contour lines, for instance, they kind of stand out for a few reasons.
0:56.7	I mean, first, the deer are even, you know, lazy and, you know, somewhat, and that can dictate the actual movement.
1:05.6	And also looking at different terrain features like saddles, points of ridges, draws, and I can mark them to
1:12.9	scout in person. After that, I'll turn on the hybrid layer that has a satellite on it as well,
1:19.9	and I can look for the differences in vegetation and ground cover. So you can see things like
1:25.5	stands of evergreens, logging cuts, oak ridges, and really help narrow your search down when combined with some of the train features above.
1:35.5	So I'm going to be doing some videos on this stuff and get them on YouTube as well as part of a big project working on here for 2020.
