Hi friends. Thanks for joining us on the Adventure Sports podcast again today. Today I have

0:15.5

Kush Kandilwal with us, and I did my best. I don't know how close I got on that last name, Cush, but

0:21.5

Cush is the host of the ageless athlete podcast, but he is an adventurer of his own right.

0:30.7

Rock climbing, biohacking, surfing. He does worldwide travels and adventures.

0:39.4

And Cush, welcome to the program.

0:41.8

Good to be here, Kurt.

0:43.1

Thanks for having me.

0:44.1

Oh, you bet.

0:53.3

1:08.8

truly on my own adulting after college.

1:11.5

1:12.9

So I always tell people I'm 23 on the inside anyway.

1:15.8

But the reality is I'm more than double that age now.

1:18.9

And I am finding that adventure sports are a little different now than they were then.

1:23.8

So I would love to dive in to that with you, especially because I think you're perhaps

1:29.0

somewhat of an expert here, the ageless athlete. I'm a learner. I'm a curious, motivated

1:36.4

learner on how aging hits all of us, but how we can keep doing the things we love, despite whatever.

1:46.9

The years may bring to us, despite the changes that happen, despite what society tells us.

1:55.3

And yeah, if we stay 23 inside, then we are already half of there.

2:03.2

That's wonderful.
