that the time has come. They're going to act. They're not going to wait on it. He has a speech

on the floor of the Senate talking about this. President Trump himself suggested that he wants

to vote before the election. Here was President Trump yesterday saying that he wants this thing to

move forward. He wants it to move forward fast. This makes sense because here is the problem.
