can buy happiness um I do want to talk about as well being 34 years old and currently amassing

the wealth that I have me coming into the crossroads of realistically feeling

kind of pressured to buy real estate

and leaning into home ownership as someone who, as you guys may have heard,

does not want to be married, does not want to family plan.

And so the idea of buying a home to live in it and then having to pay for if the faucet

become an expense to where I'm just like, but isn't rent just the cheaper route to go?
