Hello everyone and happy 2019.

I can't believe it's 2019 and it's January I hope you all had an amazing holiday

season I know it can be stressful with loved ones and the energy of the time so I hope you navigated it well and managed to bring in tools and practices

to be able to manage and cope with it even if it was just going to the bathroom and having a moment to yourself.

I ended up, we went away which was lovely and just

we rested and recharged and it was amazing just to be charged and

and it was amazing just to be and take time to pause and reflect and celebrate of what 2018 was all about.

So it was really well needed and I am excited for 2019. I'm excited for what the year has in store.

This episode is going to be the January upgrade message. The

insights been coming in over the last couple of weeks, especially with me being away.

It's been really interesting just having that time to pause and

reflect and just the messages and the guidance coming through for January already. And I also wanted to take this episode, take this time to also talk about briefly around 2019 and what that has in store for us as well because I've

got some interesting downloads and messages that have been coming through around

2019. On a personal level I for the last couple of years have been doing the wild unknown card spread.
