Summary

On this episode of The Katie Halper Show we talk to Christian Pean, whose brother Alan Pean was shot in the chest while admitted as a patient by off duty cops in Houston, Texas. The case brings up crucial questions about the place of guns in hospitals as well as the insufficient healthcare provided by so many hospitals. Then we talk to Alexis Agathocleous, a lawyer with the Center for Constitutional Rights, about their major victory in limiting the use of solitary confinement in California. And, finally, we talk to Margaret Cho about Robin Williams, the clause he had in his contract regarding homeless people, her psycho tour and Showtime special, gay marriage and abortion.
