1:30.0	Because the holidays can be, as my therapist says, anxiety provoking.

1:37.0	So I've decided to reduce the amount of anxiety in my life.
1:41.0	That's what I did.
1:43.0	And speaking of anxiety, I've read some really great books over the last two weeks.
1:48.0	One of which is by a guy named Swami Saji Denanda.
