We're getting pretty deep into the book, Boone, a biography by Robert Morgan.

And we are now at the point where Daniel Boone and his party of intrepid explorers moving through the Appalachian Mountains

through that little gap called the Cumberland Gap, which yesterday we read was like a slot of a

gun site.

But as you looked it up, it was hard to find that slot like a gun site through the mountains.

It's more like a maze, I guess.
